1. Service Description

United Pacific Logistics provides professional logistics, supply chain management, transport, and distribution services to facilitate global trade. Our services include, but are not limited to, freight forwarding, warehousing, inventory management, and customs brokerage.

The scope of services for each engagement will be defined in a separate service agreement. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, profits, or success rates as part of our service delivery.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the execution of logistics and supply chain operations.

• Provide accurate shipment details, including contents, value, and destination.
• Ensure all goods comply with applicable laws and regulations for transport and trade.
• Secure necessary insurance coverage for your goods, as recommended.
• Make timely payments for services rendered as per the agreed terms.

You are responsible for any delays, additional costs, or legal issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided.

3. Limitations of Liability

Our liability for claims arising from our services is strictly limited. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

3.1 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, or major disruptions in global trade networks.

3.2 Third-Party Services

We engage carriers, warehouses, and other third-party service providers. While we select partners carefully, we are not liable for their acts, omissions, or failures, beyond our obligations as a service coordinator.

4. Service Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for changes that materially affect your ongoing operations.

Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with its terms. Upon termination, you remain liable for all charges for services performed up to the termination date.

5. Payment Terms

All fees for logistics and supply chain services are as quoted and specified in your service agreement. Payment terms are net 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

• Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month.
• We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments.
• All fees are non-refundable once services have been initiated, except as required by law.

6. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
